Introduction

These terms govern your use of Nepta Solutions’ services (website design, app development, and digital marketing). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding with any project.

Service Agreement

  • Services are provided as outlined in signed proposals/contracts
  • Clients must provide complete, accurate information and materials
  • We reserve right to refuse service for illegal or unethical projects

Payments & Fees

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to commence work
  • Final payment due before delivery of completed project
  • Additional work beyond agreed scope billed at standard rates

Intellectual Property

  • All deliverables become client property upon full payment
  • We retain rights to display work in our portfolio/case studies
  • Client warrants all provided materials are properly licensed

Project Management

  • Timelines based on prompt client feedback/content provision
  • 3 rounds of revisions included in standard packages
  • Project pauses exceeding 30 days may incur restart fees
Termination
  • Either party may terminate with written notice
  • Client responsible for payments for completed work
  • Termination fees may apply for mid-project cancellation
